Return and Exchange Policy
As every quilt is made to order using your own cherished clothing, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has begun. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before confirming.
Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If something doesn't look the way you envisioned, please reach out and we'll do our best to understand your concerns.
If your quilt arrives with a workmanship defect or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and either repair the quilt or remake the affected sections at no additional cost to you.
Because each quilt is a bespoke creation, we begin administrative work on your order immediately after it is placed. Should you need to cancel before sending in your clothes, a 25% processing fee of the product price applies. Once your items have been received by us, cancellations are no longer possible. We recommend reviewing all order details carefully before confirming.
We treat every item with the greatest care. In the unlikely event that something is lost or damaged while in our hands, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
Ready-Made Products
All ready-made items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges due to change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
