Getting Started
A handcrafted quilt made from your own cherished clothing — baby clothes, a loved one's shirts, sports jerseys, and other sentimental garments — transformed into a keepsake to treasure forever.
"Memory Keepsakes" via our website — choose your product, select the details, and complete payment. We'll then reach out via Email to coordinate a drop-off slot for your clothes.
The Standard quilt features a classic patchwork of 6-inch squares. The Custom Memory Quilt is uniquely designed around your specific clothes and preferences — not limited to square patches — for a truly one-of-a-kind result.
Sending in your items
Baby clothes, children's outfits, a loved one's shirts, school uniforms, sports jerseys, wedding garments, and other sentimental fabrics. Avoid tulle, muslin, sequins, swimwear fabrics, heavy denim, rayon, and bamboo where possible.
Once your order is confirmed, we'll share a drop-off address in Singapore or Selangor via Email. Please ensure items are clean before sending — worn or lightly stained pieces are fine to include.
You can supplement with family members' clothing (adult garments yield more patches), downsize the quilt, or for Custom orders, we can fill gaps with our cotton fabrics.
Any unused pieces will be donated to the refugee community in Malaysia. If you would like your unused pieces to be returned, please indicate it in our order page. Fabric remnants from cut items will not be returned.
We recommend sending in only the number of items specified for your quilt size. Sending more than required makes it harder for us to prioritise what matters most to you — we wouldn't want an important piece to be overlooked. It also adds unnecessary weight to the parcel, increasing your shipping costs. If you're unsure which items to include, feel free to reach out and we'll help you decide!
Design and Personalization
Please indicate in your order notes that you would like to review the layout or design before production.
For Custom quilts, share your vision and we'll assess whether it's achievable with your clothes. If not, we'll be happy to propose an alternative that works beautifully with what you have.
Yes — a hand-embroidered name (up to 10 characters) can be added for Standard and Custom Memory Quilts. You may find this in the product page.
Memory Pillows and Mini Memory Quilts already include a handwritten tag.

Orders and Delivery
Yes. We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Hong Kong, Brunei and Taiwan. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
When shipping clothes to us, mark the package as "Used personal clothing for alteration/remake" with a nominal value to avoid import duties. Note that return shipping duties or VAT are the recipient's responsibility.
We handle every piece with the utmost care and treat your items as the irreplaceable memories they are. Please reach out to us directly if you have specific concerns and we'll be happy to discuss how we'll care for your items.
For Singapore and Malaysia, we offer free shipping for orders SGD$250 and above to Singapore and Malaysia. For orders below SGD$250, a flat shipping fee of SGD$7 applies.
For ready-made products, they will be shipped within 3-5 working days. For custom products, they will be shipped within 6-8 weeks from receiving your clothes.
The ready-made product ships separately from your custom memory quilt to ensure both arrive in perfect condition.
